How do I return an item purchased online?
To return an online item you must email us at CCCollectiveTeam@gmail.com requesting a refund within 5 days of receiving your item.

Once your item is received back to us and inspected you will be refunded via store credit. Items must be received back to us within 10 days from original email request.
Items must have tags still attached and be unworn, unwashed, and free of strong odors to process a refund.
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
Do I have to pay for shipping to return an item?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the reason for returning was an issue with the product on our end.
How do I make an in store return?
We gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase.
We are able to look up your order by item so having your receipt is not necessary.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and free of any strong smells to receive a refund. Once your item is inspected you will be issued a refund by form of original payment.
